With over 30 years of experience in mechanical design, supply chain management, vendor development, and operational leadership, I believe engineering is about more than designing components—it is about integrating systems, processes, and people to achieve exceptional outcomes.
My leadership philosophy is inspired by the Japanese principles of Monozukuri (craftsmanship and manufacturing excellence) and Kaizen (continuous improvement). I focus on combining technical precision with strategic thinking, fostering strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

- S.M.E for "Capable Bharat" & other government lead interests and projects to enable MSMSE'S/SME'S to enable advancement and optimization throughout their lifecycle.
- Chair for Designing curriculum of NMIMS, Mukesh Patel School of Technology/WSU Australia, Mechatronics Bachelor's degree.
- Actively audit/consult vendors/partners and industry members for integration and adoption of industry best practices ranging from six sigma, quality transformation, validity & verification, quality checks to compliance management.
- Time resilient supply chain robustness for ensuring quality, quantity & performance of system-critical components from vendors for timely delivery & testing of projects & identifying alternate supply chain avenues from different vendor to different product/design in lack of availability of system critical components.
- Active speaker at various meet-ups, talks, communities, professional/corporate setups for vendors/businesses for asset-centric formalization and business T.A.M/S.A.M and go to market strategies.
